Sky Cubacub is a non-binary disabled Filipinx queer. They created a clothing line for disabled queers of all sizes using the notion of "Radical Visibility." Bright colors, exuberant fabrics, and innovative designs allow people of all genders, abilities, and sizes to feel and be visible. Sky Cubacub is a non-binary, disabled Filipinx queer. Rebirth Garments is their clothing line for disabled queers of all sizes that maintains the notion of Radical Visibility, through the use of bright colors, exuberant fabrics, and innovative designs. They were named 2018 Chicagoan of the Year by the Chicago Tribune. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
